My website will still say shipping is free at checkout, it is NOT. I don't have the option to change the shipping costs for my listings for each person/order on my website ecommerce. Messaging me for a quote and adding shipping cost to cart manually is a must. Thanks for understanding!
How to get your shipping costs added to cart:
Shipping is not cheap. FedEx rates are based on your zip code and calculated by distance. I have no control over shipping costs. I do not offer refunds for delayed shipping.
I ship priority overnight to the nearest FedEx hub to you for all geckos, and when weather permits allow home deliveries for inverts and sometimes 2-day. I do this to ensure the safety of the animals I ship. During winter months I only ship to Hub for pick-up (December-February).
I ship spoods between the temps of 40-94 degrees Fahrenheit. I ship geckos between the temps of 45- 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I will hold your animal if needed until the weather permits safe shipping conditions. If a heat pack is used or required, buyer is responsible for price of heat pack. I will postpone shipping if your spider(s) go into a molt!
If picking up at HUB, FedEx requires I.D. at pick-up, so please make sure to have this ready. 😊
